It's can be difficult to muster the energy to engage voters during the dog days of August, but you can beat the heat and still be active when you volunteer to make calls using our direct dialer. We are contacting infrequent Democratic voters to survey them about the issues of importance to them. The more contacts we make, the more voters we can reactivate for the 2024 cycle. Our next community outreach will be the debut of our Donuts with the Dems events. Our first event will be Saturday, August 5th from 9:00-10:30 AM. Come for donuts, find out about upcoming events, and share your thoughts about important issues of the day. Members of the Placer Advocates for Students and Families will be on hand to talk about our local school boards and how we can organize to support our students and families.
